1. About GetBaliSIM

GetBaliSIM provides eSIM, physical SIM card, and mobile data top-up services for travelers visiting Indonesia. By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Products & Services

We offer the following services:

  • eSIM — A digital SIM delivered via WhatsApp as a QR code. Requires a compatible device.
  • Physical SIM Card — Delivered to your hotel or accommodation in select areas of Bali.
  • Data Top-Up — Additional data added to an existing Indonesian mobile number.

All data plans use the Telkomsel 5G/4G/LTE network across Indonesia. Data speeds and coverage may vary depending on location, network congestion, and device capabilities.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). USD prices shown on the website are approximate conversions based on our current exchange rate.
  • Payments are processed in USD through PayPal. The final amount charged may vary slightly due to exchange rate fluctuations.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

4. Orders & Delivery

eSIM Orders

  • After payment, we will send your eSIM QR code via WhatsApp. Please ensure your WhatsApp number is correct and active.
  • Delivery is typically within 30 minutes during business hours (8 AM – 10 PM Bali time). Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next morning.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure your device supports eSIM before purchasing.

Physical SIM Card Orders

  • Free delivery is available in Kuta, Denpasar, Canggu, Ubud, Sukawati, Dalung, and Tanah Lot. For other areas, please contact us before ordering.
  • Delivery times depend on your location and the delivery date/time you specify. We will coordinate with you via WhatsApp.
  • Please provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

Data Top-Up Orders

  • Top-ups are applied to the phone number you provide during checkout. Double-check your number before confirming.
  • Top-ups sent to an incorrect number cannot be reversed or refunded.
  • Processing time is typically within 30 minutes during business hours.

5. Refund Policy

  • eSIM: Non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered. If your device is incompatible, we cannot issue a refund.
  • Physical SIM Card: Refunds may be considered if the SIM card has not been delivered or activated. Contact us within 24 hours of your order.
  • Data Top-Up: Non-refundable once applied. Top-ups sent to an incorrect number are not eligible for a refund.
  • If you experience technical issues with your eSIM or SIM card, please contact us via WhatsApp and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

6. Device Compatibility

eSIM requires a compatible device. Not all phones support eSIM functionality. It is your responsibility to verify compatibility before purchasing. You can check by dialing *#06# on your phone — if an EID number appears, your device supports eSIM. We are not liable for purchases made for incompatible devices.

7. Service Limitations

  • Data speeds may be reduced after the allocated quota is used, depending on the plan.
  • Network coverage and speed depend on Telkomsel's infrastructure and are outside our control.
  • Hotspot/tethering is supported but may result in reduced speeds.
  • Service is valid only within Indonesia.

8. Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate contact information (WhatsApp number, email, delivery address) when placing an order. GetBaliSIM is not liable for delays or failures caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
