Message us on WhatsApp or email us with your order ID. If your issue qualifies and we can't resolve it, we'll process your refund back to your original PayPal payment method.
Before delivery: If you never submit your registration details or get in touch, your order is considered final 7 days after your order date — no longer refundable.
After delivery: Claims for a non-working line must be made within 7 days of activation (or delivery for SIM cards).
Delivery means your eSIM QR code is emailed to you, or your physical SIM is handed over to you.
