Group Orders · 10+ Travelers
For groups of 10 or more, we handle registration and setup manually in Bali. Every traveler follows the same registration requirements — we set up the right option for each device, whether that ends up being a SIM card or an eSIM.
Any group traveling to Bali together where connectivity matters from day one — and where self-serve checkout creates more friction than it solves.
One inquiry covers all of it. You do not have to coordinate the logistics yourself.
Device-based setup
Each traveler gets the right option for their phone — SIM card or eSIM. The registration requirements are the same either way.
On-the-spot registration
Registration is handled manually in Bali when we meet your group. Each traveler brings their passport — we handle the rest.
Meeting and timing coordination
We plan delivery and setup meetings around your group's actual arrival schedule across hotels and villas.
Package recommendations
We suggest the right plan per traveler or subgroup based on trip length, usage, and device type.
Mixed group needs
Groups rarely arrive together or need the same setup. We handle the variation without the organizer having to manage it individually.
Local support throughout
A Bali-based team handles issues on the ground. If someone cannot connect, we help them directly.
Submit your group inquiry
Tell us your group size, arrival dates, trip type, and location. No commitment — just enough to start coordinating.
We confirm group size, location, and timing
We follow up on WhatsApp or email with a plan recommendation and a coordination schedule that fits your arrival windows.
We meet your group in Bali
Our team meets travelers at their hotels or villas on arrival — no store visit needed, no organizer logistics required.
Each traveler completes the required registration
Every traveler brings their passport. We handle the registration process on the spot — the same requirement applies regardless of SIM or eSIM.
We activate the right setup for each device
SIM card or eSIM — whichever works for the phone. Everyone leaves with a working Bali number and local support available if anything needs attention.
10 or more SIM cards or eSIMs in a single inquiry. Groups under 10 can order through standard checkout.
Yes. We set up each traveler based on what their phone supports. The registration requirements are the same either way.
That is normal. Some travelers may end up using eSIM, others may need a physical SIM. We handle that mix during the same coordinated setup — it does not require separate processes.
Each traveler still needs the required passport and device details for legal registration, but the setup is handled manually in Bali. The organizer does not need to run separate checkout and upload flows for everyone in advance.
We plan the meeting schedule around your actual arrival windows. Groups spread across multiple days are normal — we stage the coordination accordingly.
At least 5–7 days before the first arrival date is ideal. For groups over 30, earlier is better so we can stage everything properly.
All group orders of 10 or more use the inquiry flow — there is no standard self-serve checkout for groups. Once we understand your group's mix of plans and delivery types, we confirm pricing based on the same Telkomsel plans available to individual travelers.

One inquiry. We handle the mix, the registrations, the delivery schedule, and the support. Your group lands ready.
