Common Questions About Group Orders

What counts as a group order?

10 or more SIM cards or eSIMs in a single inquiry. Groups under 10 can order through standard checkout.

Can we mix eSIM and physical SIM in the same group order?

Yes. We set up each traveler based on what their phone supports. The registration requirements are the same either way.

What if our group has different phone types?

That is normal. Some travelers may end up using eSIM, others may need a physical SIM. We handle that mix during the same coordinated setup — it does not require separate processes.

How does registration work for a group?

Each traveler still needs the required passport and device details for legal registration, but the setup is handled manually in Bali. The organizer does not need to run separate checkout and upload flows for everyone in advance.

What if our group arrives on different days?

We plan the meeting schedule around your actual arrival windows. Groups spread across multiple days are normal — we stage the coordination accordingly.

How far in advance should we inquire?

At least 5–7 days before the first arrival date is ideal. For groups over 30, earlier is better so we can stage everything properly.

Is there a price difference for group orders?

All group orders of 10 or more use the inquiry flow — there is no standard self-serve checkout for groups. Once we understand your group's mix of plans and delivery types, we confirm pricing based on the same Telkomsel plans available to individual travelers.
